Do you pull permits for low voltage?

Low voltage in residential typically does not require a permit unless combined with line-voltage work. We pull permits for combined scope.

Can you integrate with my existing system?

Yes. We integrate with Home Assistant, HomeKit, Google Home, and most major platforms.

How many Cat6 drops should a new build have?

We recommend 2 drops per bedroom, 4 in living rooms, 1 per hallway ceiling (for APs), and 1 per camera location. Plus a network rack with its own 20A circuit.

Do you install Ring, Nest, Wyze?

We can, but for owned homes we strongly recommend hardwired PoE instead. We will install either based on your preference.

Can you run cable in finished walls?

Yes. Fish work takes more time than pre-drywall pulls but is often doable with minimal access cuts.

Cat6A: Augmented Category 6 Ethernet cable — supports 10 Gbps up to 100 meters. Standard for modern home installs.
PoE: Power over Ethernet — delivers power and data over a single Cat cable. Used for cameras, doorbells, access points.
